No Hassle Return Policy
We offer a no hassle return
policy. You can return your purchase up to 30 days
after you receive it for a complete refund of the product purchase
price. We're not going to charge you a return fee. We're
not going to charge you a restocking fee.
We'll even pay the return shipping!

We do ask that the products must be in the condition
you received them in, have all of their parts, and be in the
original box.
So here is how it works:
- Contact us at returns@theelegantdrunk.com
within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Make sure you
include your name and the name of the item you are returning.
- We'll issue you an RMA number
(Return Materials Authorization number) and arrange to have the
order picked up from you. All returns have to be accompanied
by a valid Return Authorization Number, or else they can’t be
accepted
- You pack up the product and
all of its components in its original box
- You drop it off bring it to
an authorized shipping location or it gets picked up
- Please do not
send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will take care of
everything
No Problems!
Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged or broken we need to
you act a little faster. Please contact us
within 5 days of the receipt of your order
if any part of it arrives damaged. This is needed
to get replacement orders in to our manufacturers in time.
